About Dave

Dave Greenberg has been selling resort real estate in Summit County since 2006 and has been involved in 400+ transactions totaling over $200 million in total sales volume. Dave grew up in upstate NY in the town of Vestal. Drawn to the West, he attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2003 with a B.S. in Business and Marketing. Having always had a keen interest in real estate, Dave began working on his new career shortly after moving to Breckenridge from Denver after working in property management for several years. He's been well-acknowledged by clients and colleagues as having a unique capacity for understanding each customer's needs. He has been a dedicated real estate professional ever since, helping clients throughout Summit County buy and sell homes, condos, and land. In 2016 he became the Branch Broker for the Keystone office in River Run Village.

When he's not working he is guaranteed to be outside skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, playing soccer, or any other number of activities in the High Country.
