While the listed condo is lovely and in a very nice building, it may not be one of the more spectacular properties in the valley, but I had a very good experience nonetheless working with Dave to get a nice listing set up for the property, showings arranged to a wide range of potential buyers, and ultimately get the property sold in what was one of the tougher selling markets in years.
